Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Last Island Shrimp
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dry vermouth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup Italian parsley
  • Salt & Pepper

In a saucepan, heat butter, lemon juice , vermouth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer the vermouth mixture for 10 minutes. Stir in chopped onion tops and parsley to sauce. Place the shrimps on a broiling pan. Spoon the sauce over shrimps. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Place the pan under broiler about 3 inches from heat for about 10 minutes until shrimp are cooked. Serve hot as an appetizer or main dish with vegetables
