What They’RE
NOT TELLING YOU
Most shrimp sold in the US is imported, often farm-raised overseas. Ours is wild-caught off the Louisiana coast. Those imports are also putting responsible, generational Louisiana shrimpers out of business.
Often farm-raised, not wild
Shipped in from overseas
Tough on Louisiana shrimpers
Often soaked in phosphates or treated with sulfites. Ours have nothing added.
What We Are
Doing Better
Last Island Wild Louisiana Shrimp is here to create a better seafood economy - one that is natural, healthy, sustainable and delicious. Our shrimp is caught in the wild by local fisherman, then sorted, peeled, deveined and frozen with nothing added: no preservatives, phosphates, or sulfites.
